🧐 What do the lights on your Fibre Box Mean? #

If you’ve ever wondered what the lights on your Fibre Box mean, what is normal, and what indicates a fault, we’ve outlined all the Fibre Boxes we work with below. This includes what the lights should be in normal operation, when there is a fault, and what to do.

Look for your Fibre Box #

LOS Off Off: Normal No action required
🔴 Solid Red: Fibre Fault Restart ONT, if it stays off, contact support to create a support ticket
Flashing Flashing Red: Fibre Not Connected Properly Check Fibre Patch Cable, Restart ONT, if it continues to flash, contact support to create a support ticket
LAN 🟢 Solid Green: Normal The connection of Ethernet interface is normal. No action required
Blinking Green Data Flowing Data is being transmitted over ethernet. No action required
Off Off: No connection Check network cable between ONT and WiFi router is clicked in and the WiFi router is powered on
