π€ How to report a problem #
Follow these simple steps to report a fibre problem on Octotel, Frogfoot,Β Vumatel or Openserve:
1οΈβ£ Reboot your WiFi router and Fibre box
2οΈβ£ Check the lights on your Fibre box:
Octotel = Green PON light?
Frogfoot = Green BROADBAND light?
Vumatel = F or Fx light on?
Openserve = PON light green?
3οΈβ£ If you are having speed issues, connect a computer directly to your Fibre box with an Ethernet cable, disable any VPNs and test speeds using www.speedtest.co.za
If the problem persists:

Email our support team a screenshot of your Speed Test result

Include a πΈ photo of the Fibre box

Include details of which fibre network you are on and your area
β
Include a summary of the problem & any details you think could be related
