Please use the Change Request form to Upgrade, Downgrade or Cancel your service with us.
The change request form contains each fibre network’s terms and rules, but here are some general guidelines:
- An upgrade can happen within one or two business days.
- A downgrade will happen at the end of the month.
- A cancellation requires 30 days’ notice or a calendar month’s notice.
You can also use this form to update your Contact Details, update your Billing Details, add a Static IP Address or move your Fibre box.
