Common issues

The Fibre coverage map provides indicative coverage and does not guarantee fibre service feasibility.

We only show coverage on the Fibre networks we work with – Octotel, Frogfoot, Vumatel and Openserve, in our licensed areas.

If there is no colour over your address, there’s most likely no coverage with the Fibre networks we work in our licensed areas.

Disclaimer: This Fibre coverage map does not guarantee fibre service feasibility. We hold ICASA licenses for Cape Town Municipality and the Winelands district, we are not permitted to provide telecommunications services outside of our licensed areas, even if fibre providers we work with have coverage.

Last updated: Octotel 2024-11-28, Frogfoot 2024-11-28, Vumatel 2024-11-28, Openserve loads in real-time.

Still Confused?

If your property is in the Cape Town Municipality or Winelands District, and in an Octotel/Frogfoot/Vumatel/Openserve Fibre area -We can double check your coverage options if you don’t come right with the coverage map.
