From 1 April 2026 ๐ฆ Openserveโs home fibre pricing is changing โ that means our packages will be changing too. We’ve absorbed some of the increase they passed onto us, so that the increase you see is lower. For reference: The price change on 1 April 2026 is 12 months after Openserveโs last price change.
Details of the changes to Openserve Home Fibre pricing are outlined in the table below.

Important Dates ๐
Below is a list of important dates for the changes.
30 January 2026: Openserve informs Atomic of price changes
Feb 2026: Atomic loads blog post with new pricing
On or before 1 March: Atomic informs customers of price changes via email
24 March 2026: Invoice with new price is generated and send to customers.
24 March 2026: Last opportunity to upgrade/downgrade before 1 April.
1 April 2026: Package changes complete.
No Action Required ๐ด
No action is required from Atomic customers, but if you wish to upgrade or downgrade, please complete our Change Request form before 14h00 on the 24th of March 2026. You will need your Atomic service ID when completing this form. You can find this on your invoice, it starts with โAAA-โ and is next to “Account ID”.
