Our On-site team provides additional support to Atomic customers, complementing our fibre line services. Weโll arrange an appointment to visit your property where weโll identify and resolve fibre line problems or assist in improving Wifi speeds.

Pricing
- Call-out fee: R750, includes first hour of work
- Hourly rate: R750, if more than an hour is spent on site
- Hardware: quoted and invoiced as needed
Standard Services
- Fibre line health check
- Wifi survey & channel scan
- Installation of an additional Wifi access point
- Configuration and testing of routers and Wifi access points
Please Note
- On-site support is only offered to existing Atomic customers
- On-site support costs can be added to your Atomic invoice
- On-site support is not included in your standard monthly fibre internet service
- If there is a long travel time extra travel costs may need to be added
- Configuring unfamiliar devices can take more time (not supplied by Atomic)

We generally don’t spend more than 2 hours on site per visit. We focus on fibre line and Wifi troubleshooting.
For large or complex projects, we typically connect you with trusted networking and cabling contractors. We can help design a specification and ensure the work meets high standards.
