Elevate Your Network with Expert On-Site Services ๐โ
Our on-site services are designed to provide additional support to our customers, complementing our fibre line services. Weโll arrange an appointment to visit your property where weโll identify and resolve fibre line or Wifi issues you may be experiencing.
Standard Pricing and Service Details
- Call-out fee: R750, includes first hour of work
- Hourly rate: R750, if more than an hour is spent on site
- It usually takes two business days to arrange a visit
- If there is a long travel time extra travel costs may need to be added
- Hardware will be quoted and billed separately
- There can be delays in sourcing hardware if it’s a non-standard item
- The work can be added to your Atomic invoice
- These costs may change
- Prices include VAT
Cost Estimate for adding/replacing a Wifi device
- Wifi6 Access Point (hardware): R970
- Configuration and testing: R375 (based on hourly rate above)
